How do we quote and work?
We quote in writing before work starts. The quote says what is included, and if we find something unexpected, we stop and explain it before adding to the cost. You then decide what happens next.
We test our work and tell you what paperwork to expect, such as a test certificate, where the job calls for one. We also encourage you to check any electrician you hire. Ask about registration with a competent person scheme and insurance, and check the scheme's own register. That is good advice for any trade.
